elevating crisis management into a genuine expertise.
Strategic modules, from anticipation to post-crisis transformation, developed with the innovation ecosystem of
.
Standalone or integrated into your frameworks.
A module can be booked on its own, for a one-off need. It can also be added to an engagement already under way — a diagnosis, a crisis framework, an exercise, a continuity plan, a TRACE® analysis — at the point where training becomes useful.
Identify vulnerabilities, disruptions and emerging crises.
Structure frameworks, teams and decision-making capacity.
Stress-test the organization through exercises and simulation.
Keep the organization running when part of its resources goes down.
Leverage lessons learned, TRACE®, and drive lasting transformation.
Our strategic modules, organized by family.
Each module runs over one day, or two half-days, with a structured debrief in line with our TRACE® method.

These modules can be taken on their own or combined into a single path.
Build a learning pathOne module, three levels.
The content stays the same. What we adjust is how deep we go, which scenarios we use, and the tools we build together during the session. An operator leaves with reflexes, an executive with decision criteria. The TRACE® debrief is the same for all three.
Knowing what to do in the first minutes
Scenarios drawn from their own workstation. In the session, we write the reflexes: who to alert, in what order, in what words.
Holding a team through the event
Scenarios at the scale of a department. In the session, we build the situation updates and the reporting line to senior management.
Making the call on incomplete information
High-stakes scenarios where every option costs. In the session, we work on decision criteria and public voice.
Experts who practised before they advised.
Our experts take on three roles: leading a strategic module, running a COMPACTRAIN® exercise, or observing that exercise to analyse it with the TRACE® method. Whichever the role, the same four criteria are checked before the first engagement.
Years in the job, across several kinds of crisis and several organizations: enough to recognise a chain of events before it plays out.
Having held the seat where decisions are made, or advised the person in it, and having had to answer for the decision taken.
Having lived a crisis from the inside, and having had to manage your own emotions while managing other people's. That is what makes those states recognisable in participants.
Every expert is trained to analyse with our TRACE® method and to teach it, before leading a module independently.
This standard is upheld by NOVRISK.'s founding team, which safeguards our intervention standards — discover how to join our expert network.
Our NOVRISK. trainings are delivered by a Qualiopi-certified organization, under the training actions category.
