Immersion
A mission starts with time spent on site. Interviews, sitting in on the standing meetings, reading the documents already produced. We look at how decisions are made today, before proposing anything else.
Analysis
Next comes what actually weighs on decisions. Shared responsibilities, economic dependencies, information flows, roles that overlap. That reading shapes everything that follows.
Projection
From there we build plausible situations. A crisis to get through, a trajectory to hold, a project to fund, depending on what is being prepared for. Each one is calibrated on the real weak points and room for manoeuvre on the ground.
Operability
A mission ends with what is left once the team has gone. Tools, revised documents, ways of working that stay. What we leave behind has to work without us.
