Funding & certifications
How is training for elected officials funded?
Through the DIFE (individual training entitlement for elected officials), accessible directly via Mon Compte Élu, the official platform for managing training entitlements. It covers the full cost of our programs for elected officials, with no cost to the local authority.
Are your programs certified?
Yes, our programs are delivered by a Qualiopi-certified organization. Details on DIFE-eligible training are available on the Funding page.
Training
What format are the training modules?
Our modules range from half a day to two days, organized into five sequences covering the exercise of mandate, governance, communication, urban planning, environment and crisis management.
Safeguard obligations
What are PCS, PICS and DICRIM?
Three mandatory safeguard documents for municipalities and inter-municipal bodies exposed to a major risk. ELISK. supports elected officials in preparing them, from assessment through to the finished document.
