A career spanning frontline operations and governance: hospital emergency services, military service and rescue services, complemented by university training in Paris — Panthéon-Sorbonne, Dauphine-PSL, Panthéon-Assas — in risk and crisis management, public policy, command, and homeland security. This dual experience, both human and strategic, is the foundation of a hybrid, rigorous approach to decision-making in crisis situations.
A volunteer firefighter with the Bouches-du-Rhône fire brigade and then a reservist with the French armed forces medical corps, he studied alongside those commitments, at Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris Dauphine-PSL, Paris II Panthéon-Assas and the University of Lorraine. He has held positions within specialized consultancies and public bodies dedicated to crisis preparedness and management. It was out of that path that STELLISK. was born, with the ambition of equipping organizations and territories where they make their decisions.
A consultant in economic and political intelligence, she has held strategic and operational roles in the media as editor-in-chief, within public and political institutions in communication and influence, and alongside elected officials as an aide. Holding a doctorate in contemporary history and a specialist in crises and political risk, she co-founded ELISK. to prepare elected officials and public actors for decision-making in complex environments.
Holding two master's degrees — in political science from Sciences Po Aix-en-Provence and in humanities from Aix-Marseille University — her work focuses on the crisis of democracy and new forms of political engagement. A recognized expert in France and internationally, she regularly speaks at universities and in the media, and consults for public and private organizations.
More than thirty-five years in civil protection and in private companies, between operational commitment, management and strategy, extended by military and reserve service. Alongside public, institutional and private actors, he has built a sure reading of complex situations and the ability to rally people around shared objectives. From that comes a pragmatic and human approach to strategic and organizational issues.
A graduate with an MBA in business management and a master's in management in the digital age, he has held senior roles in strategy, development and institutional relations. Since 2021 he has worked to bring employers and the French National Guard closer together, helping companies, public administrations and defense stakeholders work side by side.

Founder of WE CAN Consulting, for more than twenty years she has supported companies and institutions through strategic transformations, with expertise in governance, crisis communication and corporate social responsibility. She strengthens STELLISK.'s ability to integrate these dimensions into its strategic direction.
After a university career in history, he joined local government service in 2004 and now heads the Major Risk Prevention and Management Department of the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis. An IHEDN graduate, volunteer firefighter, and reserve officer with the Gendarmerie's citizen reserve, he combines institutional responsibility with hands-on operational engagement.
A senior officer in the French Army, Lieutenant-Colonel Bernard Lemaire has held command responsibilities in France and on overseas operations, leading teams in demanding environments. His experience brings the committee a unique expertise in command and decision-making under pressure.
Co-director of La Cité de l'Agriculture in Marseille, he leads urban agriculture and local food governance projects, and coordinates participatory initiatives between collectives, institutions and citizens. He brings STELLISK. expertise on the interface between agriculture, the city and territorial resilience.
Founder of FC Network, a security consultancy based in Paris and Aix-en-Provence, he led private security companies for more than twenty years. His mastery of structuring security frameworks helps STELLISK. adopt a realistic, operational approach to safety and security.
