Experience commanding or supporting a crisis unit, with the ability to structure a tailored intervention for an organization with NOVRISK. or a local authority with ELISK.
Ability to build realistic scenarios, run a mock crisis unit — in a business setting or a municipal crisis exercise — and debrief according to our TRACE® method.
Ability to teach, within our modules for organizations as well as elected officials and territorial staff, operational know-how validated by practice — not just theory.
