Frequently asked questions.

How the STELLISK. group works, before reaching out to NOVRISK. or ELISK.

Group FAQ
How it works
How does a first conversation with STELLISK. work?
You write to us via the contact form or by email — we reply within 48 business hours. This first conversation frames your needs and directs you to the most relevant division before any proposal.
Do I need to already know whether I fall under NOVRISK. or ELISK.?
No. The contact form offers a "to be clarified together" option. If you're unsure which division applies, just write to us — we'll point you in the right direction.
What areas do you operate in?
The group is based in Marseille and operates primarily across the South of France, nationally, and internationally on request.
Who handles my project once contact is made?
You deal directly with the senior consultants and trainers who work on your project, from the first conversation through to the final debrief — no subcontracting, no relay project manager.
Confidentiality & data
How is the information I share with you handled?
In line with GDPR, your data is never published without your knowledge, nor exchanged, transferred, sold or disclosed to third parties. It is kept for a maximum of three years from the last contact. You may exercise your right of access, rectification or deletion at any time (see our legal notice for details).
Orientation & training
What's the difference between NOVRISK. and ELISK.?
NOVRISK. supports executives, crisis units and private organizations. ELISK. supports elected officials and local authorities. Both divisions share the same method, developed by the STELLISK. group.
Are your training programs certified?
Yes, our training programs are delivered by a Qualiopi-certified organization. For details on formats, durations and funding (including DIFE / Mon Compte Élu for elected officials), see the NOVRISK. FAQ or the ELISK. FAQ.
